I really liked it! I only saw it for the first time last night though. I bought it having no idea what it was like purely on the strength of it having Jim Carrey in it. I'm glad I did!

Gotta say tho, all that 'America is great' type stuff near the end, didn't like that too much it's kinda cringeworthy when he reads out the first amendment, and that bit where everyone claps him. Sorry to anyone that likes that stuff, I'm not having a go, just saying.
Apart from that tho, Jim's acting is amazing and it's just generally a great film!

Catherine

It's MY FAVORITE movie that he's done. You can tell he puts a lot of himself in that role and that he's done his homework.

The 50's blacklisting that went on had people so frightened, they didn't know who they should speak to! It was a really scary time in Hollywood.

This was really a modern day "It's a Wonderful Life" and he really made the movie.

One thing I love about him is how you know he has studied, practiced everything about the role and character.

he's a pro, man.....a pro!
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Peter Appleton: I can't stand this constant nagging. I'm leaving you, Jerry. I'm leaving you -- and I'm taking the monkey with me.
