...which means I'll still be single until Lloyd down the hall in the nursing home proposes. "When in doubt, tell the truth."

and... you'll still have the 60-year-old-looking guy from the convenience store... ... think about those who really don't have anyone...

......you are so right Clem......in my 20's i was still trying to figure it all out, but in my 30's i feel good about life. I guess i was a girl in my 20's and i'm a woman in my 30's........i'm not afraid to ask for what i want or need ........lol....... lol......yep the 30's are altogether sexier.........lol fluffy Fluffy
i dont really think about marriage lol way too far away for me yet! lol...but.. i just think when you find that special someone and you believe they are your soul mate and you want to be with them for the rest of your life you will feel that its rite to get married.. and hopefully we shall all find tht in sumtime of our life even if we have mistakes along the way.
I feel the same Fluffy... if only I had the maturity of my 30s when I was in my 20s... but what to do ...maturity is a process and it comes with time... so let's take advantage of it now...

Fairy tales can come true, it can happen to you
If you’re young at heart For it’s hard, you will find, to be narrow of mind If you’re young at heart You can go to extremes with impossible schemes You can laugh when your dreams fall apart at the seams And life gets more exciting with each passing day And love is either in your heart or on it’s way Don’t you know that it’s worth every treasure on earth To be young at heart For as rich as you are it’s much better by far To be young at heart And if you should survive to 105 Look at all you’ll derive out of being alive Then here is the best part You have a head start If you are among the very young at heart And if you should survive to 105 Look at all you’ll derive out of being alive Then here is the best part You have a head start If you are among the very young at heart "When in doubt, tell the truth."

Are any of us every really ready for marriage..Probably not... but sometimes you just have to jump off the cliff if you
want the thrill and if you have done you're homework right there are no rocks where you land and the fall was a fantastic one. My sweetie and I went up to Tobermory, but the rumor was that the "Bears were out and they are hungry" turned out they forgot to take the sign down from the fall last year but I didn't find that out until later(spoke to the Game Warden after I bought the bells). Soooooooo, I went and bought some "Bear Bells" you attach them to your backpack and make alot of noise, my Sweetie said that it would attract them. "Well, we'll find out won't we" I proclaimed anyway we took the Georgian Bay Trail and basked in the sun and sea. Wanting to stay there forever but knowing we had to get back tot he real world. Found the secret cave and visited the Grotto, wished we were Mermen/maids. Hiked back and saw narry a bear. All in all a great Easter weekend. Also realized I better get in better shape for the next hike. My Honey and I also discussed this... Why is it most movies stop at the wedding and just say they lived happily ever after... Why don't they show Happily Ever After...longtime married folks really enjoying their long time relationship as friends, co-workers, just enjoying being together as a pair. You see very little of that.
