From DVDAnsewrs:

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced hit comedy Fun With Dick and Jane which stars Jim Carrey and Tea Leoni. This new film will be available to own from the 11th April, and should set you back around $28.95 or thereabouts. The disc will carry both anamorphic widescreen and full screen transfers, along with English and French Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround tracks. Extras will include an audio commentary with Director Dean Parisot and Screenwriters Judd Apatow and Nicholas Stoller, deleted scenes, a gag reel, some publicity junket comedy outtakes (taken during press interviews from the theatrical publicity campaign), and trailers. Sony hasn't revealed the artwork for this one yet, but we'll bring you that shortly.

No commentary track with Jim yet again ? I wonder why he never does them ?

He said in an interview that DVD commentaries ruin the viewers "magical illusion" of the movie making process. He doesn't like explaining what his "motivation" for his every move is, he'd rather the film goer just enjoy the film.

Well, I think this is good news. I was a bit affraid that they were going to use that ugly poster with Jim not running and Tea behind him. They shouldn't change the film logo (fun with...) and I hope the picture on the side gets replaced. But overall, this is much better then I expected.

Jim and Tea has let slip to UK's DVD Review what may expect...
"There's a tonne of stuff!" Jim Carrey, the rubber-faced muse of The Truman Show is just aching to tell Disc World about the array of off-camera antics we can expect to see when his new comedy - a remake of the 1977 George Segal/Jane Fonda favourite - hits DVD. "In particular, there's about an hour and a half of me torturing Jeff Garlin, where he's on his face slobbering into a pillow". Nice image... but then he was in Daddy Day Care so he deserves it. Cutting in, Tea Leoni adds: "There's a bit where a bathroom attendant pummels Jim with urinal cakes - that was pretty funny. Jim also threw me in a pool. He was supposed to be just splashing around, but after we shot that a couple of times, he leapt out of the pool and threw me in." So how about a commentary? "We probably will, yeah", chips in Carrey. "And we're saving all the press material so you may be a superstar".

A Jim commentary was in not in the press release, so Jim still has still yet to do a commentary.

As for the art, looks like Jim about to fall onto his face... as Tea laughs evily.

You know what frustrates me to no end?
The milking process when it comes to DVD's.
Cause I know I'm going to buy this one, and then, a few months later, it turns out to be the not-so-special-edition. Now with More! MOREEEEE Extra's!

More MONEY for them. NO FAIR! Why not do it right the first go?
