OMG that pic is to DIE for! he is absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!!!! See this is how i picture the REAL Jim, not HOLLYWOOD Jim...laid back, scruffy and just incredibly handsome and sexy...screw the ties and tuxes and dressy clothes, granted he looks hot in anything.
