Dumb and Dumber SE DVD / UMD!

New Line Home Entertainment has announced a "Dumb and Dumber - Special Edition" DVD and UMD. Street date January 3, 2006. According to DVDAnswers the release will include a new cut of the film, six minutes of additional 'hysterical minutes', along with deleted and alternate scenes, a retrospective documentary, and more... :)

Ahh! Another Jim movie in special edition DVD! This is killling me. Why don't they just release them with all of this extra stuff in the first place? I'm going to go broke here!

I just got the Truman Show Special Edition DVD for my birthday... i'll most likely be picking this one up too.

My prayers have been answered. Thank the good Lord that there is SE Jim movies that is worth the SE title.

Now my only problem is to either pre-order it or wait and get it for my b-day

All they need to do now is release a SE of Ace Ventura 1 and 2 and maybe some his older films from the 80s

you guys are going to laugh at me but the fact is I never saw this filme.I have seen like 15 movies with him but not this one.lol.that's weird but I can't find him.

Maybe it's just me, but isn't the title funny on it's own? The Dumb & Dumber Special Edition... shouldn't it be called a Collector's Edition or do you think "special" is intentional? Sorry, I have a warped sense of humor....

I have no doubt there will be special editions of the Ace Ventura movies sooner or later (I would bet they will release them in no more than two years from now).

Now I have to sell my 'old' DVD's, but it's not even sure the SE's are coming out overhere. I'm always in for more Ace Ventura, I hope the scène is on that disc, where Ace acts like a german dolphin-trainer and speaks also dolphins.
