Just wondering has there been any Jim Carrey films he starred in that wasn't a huge hit or successful?

Kind of a dumb question but I had to ask! :?

Also consider that years ago, it cost less to both make, and view a movie. A million dollars 20 years ago was a massive amount of money!

The Majestic was considered a box office flop....I thought it was a work of art. I think people didn't know enough about the Hollywood blacklist to be completely interested. I also think PR sucked, not enough people new about it. I was very interested in the blacklist and had been reading about it before I heard about the movie...so that and the apparent eye candy had me at the theater opening night!
