A song lyric Jim wrote

Postby kasper » Mon Mar 28, 2005 4:56 am

Anyone know that Jim had written Lyrics for people or something like that? I knew, but I didn't know what or what they were called...I could already be behind on this one but I found some lyrics called "Heaven down here" that I was told he wrote.

What are you waiting for,
Believe in me
Isn't it love in this life that you need
You can offer your soul to an altar of sacrifice
But give your heart to me

Let's bring heaven down here
Let's bring heaven on down
I don't want to wait for angels,
Let's bring heaven down here

What's in the sky that you and I can't find
Simply in love what could be more devine
How can I make you believe forever and ever more
I'll give my love you

Let's bring heaven down here
Let's bring heaven on down
I don't want to wait for angels,
Let's bring heaven down here

Can I lay you down
Don't you know salvation is the warmth of my embrace
Let me touch your lips
Kiss the moonlight on your face
I need you now
I need you now

What are you witing for,
Believe in me
Isn't it love in this life that you need
You can offer your soul to an altar of sacrifice
But give your heart to me

Let's bring heaven down here
Let's bring heaven on down
I don't want to wait for angels,
Let's bring heaven down here

----

Sorry if everbody already knew or heard it already...and i'm just... WAY behind... I hope not ;|

OMG! it's beautiful!!
Maybe there is no actual place called hell. Maybe hell is just having to listen to our grandparents breathe through their noses when they're eating sandwiches.

Wish I could hear the song. See, he is a multi-talented artist.
I knew it all the time.
I wrote a song the night before my father died, he was a great
country and western music lover, he had music on all the time.
There use to be a place called Rock Hill Park somewhere near
Orangeville where Artists would perform on the water on stage.
It was when I was a young girl, I always wondered where it was and
could never go back to it.
