He shoulden`t get an Oscar,yet

He`s only done 3 Oscar worthy movies.He should do more movies like ESOTM and The Truman Show if he wants to win.I do think he`s talented enough to win an Oscar but not for movies like Dumb & Dumber.

Jim has done enough movies to win an oscar. the oscar academy is just boycotting Jim for some reasons. :(

look at leonardo di caprio....he did 2 oscar worthy movies- the titanic & the aviator & he got nominated this time. :x

I`m sorry did you say Titanic was Oscar worthy(I don`t think so!).Besides The Aviator is a biopic and the Academy loves those kind of movies.

I luv Jim in every movie he has done.I call him world's greatest actor.He has done four oscar worthy films but he has not get nomination even.they suck.They r really partial.I luv his dumb and dumber and liar liar kind of films.Those have humour and serious side by side.And nobody can do that type of role except Jim.I bet it.He can make people
lough as well as cry.He does not need that kind of award like oscar which boycott him everytime.He has the God gifted award.Its his heart of gold. :D

Jim can get an oscar. and i like movies like dumb and dumber. He does do serious movies, but one like dumba and dumber kind of give you a break from all the other movies. Jim Carrey can so win an oscae, and you know what, it could be for doing a slightly funny movie. Maybe not, dumb and dumber, but a slightly funny but also dramatic movie. Look at Johnny Depp, he got his first nomination for Pirates of the Carribbean. Think about it 8)

Yep, Jim deserves it. I hope jamie foxx doesn't win (I Hate him!) and i despise leo's movies (Titanic was borrring, and the avivator....yawn!) but, i luv johhnny depp.

oh another one he doesnt deserve for was sex and violence family hour. tell me was that a movie or some other thing.

It was a special that they used to show on The Playboy channel. It is not a movie it is only 1 hour long.

The fact that he did NOT get nominated for Lemony SNicket kinda makes me want to yell at the tv and karate chop it.
