I think that it would be hilarious and interesting to see a remake/sequel to Willy Wonka. Jim could play an older Charlie who must make the decision of whom will take over the Wonka Company after his death. With no luck of a Fountain of Youth candy, He decides to do the same thing his Mentor (William Wallace Wonka) did. I'd love to see Jim play a role in a movie that is fun, entertaining, and heartwarming. Bruce, Majestic, Liar, and Grinch all rolled into one. <p></p><i></i>

That would be intresting since Marilyn Manson is playing willy wonka! Marilyn Manson and Jim Carrey in a movie together. I would pay to see it! <p></p><i></i>

I just loved the book and... Jim Carrey would be fantastic as Willy Wonka, but there's a LOT of make up needed to give him that mysterie look. Btw, "Willy Wonka & the Chocolate factory" starring Gene Wilder (1971) really sucks! It doesn't get even close to the book.<br><br>Did you know they are allready making a remake, named "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" ?<br>Tim Burton (Big Fish, Sleepy Hollow, Edward Scissorhands) is going to direct the movie and Johnny Depp is going for the Willy Wonka role. I think Manson might play Willy Wonka. Johnny Depp said on Marilynmanson.com, that he thought MM would be a better wonka. I agree. Even though Depp is a good actor I can see Manson as A better WW. <p></p><i></i>

Nope, that idea is allready cancelled. Depp is still going for it... Ow, as a huge fan of Roald's Books, i don't think Manson is the right person to play him. Yeah, it might be fun, i don't doubt that, but if they really are going to make the movie, Depp is the right person! I would have liked to seen manson in that role because I heard this movie was going to be dark, and Willy Wonka was going to be more like Satan, the video dope hat seemed like a Wonka movie straight from hell, I loved it. I agree Depp is great. If this is going to be more like the original yeah Jim would be the right choice. <p></p><i></i>
