I read a fascinating report on MRI work proving brain changes to specific areas of the cortex after regular meditation/yogic breathing sessions.....They have seriously proved meditation and breathing correctly can totally change a persons wiring for the better.....
if anyone wants the link i'm sure i can dig it out........
so breathe deeply through your noses folks....... :wink:

yes but it manifests as that constant chatter in your head.....the running dialogue we all have. That's one reason we struggle with inner peace.....
