Jim Carrey discussion on non-movie related topics or topics which doesn't fit anywhere else...

The story of 'Break a Leg', so as not to upset is as such...
One actor says to another actor "Good Luck," as he is about to go onstage. The actor going onstage finds a bit of bad flooring and falls through...breaking his leg. NOW it is BAD LUCK to say "Good Luck" to an actor...You say instead, "Break a Leg," meaning of course those two words that any thespian in the know will tell you is taboo.

Yeah, I got that...I just said what first came to mind.....I tend to not like to think...
I'm going to Whose Live (Whose Line Is It Anyway? on tour) on Friday, I hope they break a leg! It should be alot more fun than going to the Homecoming game, I can already predict the outcome. (last week we lost 72 to zero.)

He wouldn't really be breaking his leg, Fluffy and if you can get your fingers through his cast...if he'd let you get your fingers past his cast...not meaning of course his co workers. Or his shadow. Or his fishing line.
Assuming you are not an actress Fluffy, good luck.

He was only pretending to pretend he'd been pretending but really he was just lying so he could go fool around with that cute girl you hate AND sucker you for sympathy ...it worked "Do not pass go Do not collect $200~"

isn't that what Ted Danson said acting was?
