Hang on folks.....Jim can only do so much......it's totally unfair and unacceptable to expect him to assume all responsibility for such a political 'hot potato'.........There comes a time when It has to be handed over to the diplomats, lest the publicity machine causes more harm than good....Jim will be working in full consultation with the Burma Campaign Charities......they, along with the politicians decide how much PR is safe PR ..........not the general public..........
A lot of harm can be done if it's not handled properly. So far Jim's appeals have been effective, emotive and wholly justified. He deserves full credit for his involvement but to expect him to be responsible for lives is crazy.
