Hi. If you are referring to spelling, people from Canada and England spell the same way. America has its own style, often dropping the "ll" in words and making it simply "l", for example. I am Canadian with a degree in English Literature so I chose to write the way I was educated. I am quite aware of American usage and spelling. I think people have a choice (to reflect who they are) and either is perfectly acceptable. Hope this answers your question. <p></p><i></i>

Canadian useage:

Double the consonant for words ending in ial, ual and uel (dialling, equalled, fuelled) and most words ending in l regardless of where the stress falls (councillor, totalled, travelling but not paralleled). Do not double the final consonant if it is h, w, x or y (oohed, showing, boxer, annoying). When the final consonant is c, add a k (panicked, Quebecker).
