Declaration of Melissa Carrey

Postby cotton » Sun Mar 28, 2004 3:40 am

Did anyone else read the 10 page Declaration Of Melissa Carrey? These are her official papers from when she was asking for more child support. It tells about everything Jim owns, How much time he spends with Jane and how much time he doesn't spend with her, How much money he makes a month and how much money he spends on his daughter and other stuff. They made me feel speechless.

I still have the link to it if anybody wants to see it I can Email it. I wouldn't dare put it on here cause some of it is not good.

I read it, I bet alot of it is BS on Melissa Carrey's behalf, when you look at Jim and Jane together they look thrilled and happy, I think Melissa Carrey is just stingy (no offence Jim or Jane)

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
J.T. I totally doubt Jim treats her that way, I had a friend that was friends with Jim and he told me plenty that no one knows about Jim and his daughter but I can't say it on here, but all of it was good!

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
J.T. In every interview when you see people talk about Jim as a parent they always say how wonderful he is, so I seriously doubt half (even more perhaps) of what was said in that declaration.

Oh and Cotton, Melissa was gonna make a movie about Jim??? I never heard that!

Yep! The Donut Man(Sounds horrible doesn't it?) This was on ET when Jim was making Dumb and Dumber and starting to date Lauren Holly. I am not sure but I thought they said it was going to be shown at sundance festivals(whatever that is) they even interviewed one of the guys that was supposed be in the movie. The guy said that this movie is going to be funny and Jim may also find this movie amusing lol. That man obviously didn't know Jim enough to realize that he doesn't like his personal life out in the open. They also said that when Jim leaves Melissa in the movie she tries to commit suicide or something like that. I will have to try to find that tape again so I can refresh my memory. I wish I could put it on here somehow.

Anarchy, pure and simple! Quick's feature debut is a hilarious, gonzo rocket ride straight into the greasy maw of urban bureaucracy, shot through with surreal, Three Stooges-like slapstick and a knowing sense of the absurdities of everyday life in the big city. When Juan Palotes (played by writer-director Beeaje Quick) has the worst day of his life (his car is towed, he's steamrolled by the cops, and the mayor's office dismisses him out of hand), he decides to get even by hiring a pair of deranged punk rockers and turning them into full-fledged cops via his hacking skills. Newly minted officers God and Homes (Ignacio Alvarez and Randy Gatica) tool around the city, ripping off liquor stores and nailing adolescent cheerleaders, while Juan films their viciously cool tour of revenge. Quick's comic flair and cinematic sensibilities are astonishingly on-target; Real Stories of the Donut Men grabs you by the cajones and then yanks, spanks, and cranks it all up to 11. "Never mind your rights," indeed. -- Marc Savlov

It doesn't really sound related to Jim tho!

You know, its really odd. I have been thinking about something that troubled me lately.

I wondered about how would I feel meeting a celebrity that I admired, such as Jim and then wondered, what would they think of me if they could see me as I really was?

How embarrassing, the times when I was a young mother, and I still partied and I woke up hung over and yelled at my kids, the time I spent on the internet when I first discovered it, the times that I told my spouse he was a @!%$@!!!?!@#%# in front of my kids.

My spouse IS a *&*$@#!! sometimes, though.

I'm not surprised that Jim is a human being with faults and character flaws just like the rest of us.

And If I'm remembering correctly, we're all human beings too and we all get room to grow without the press and hoards of fans tracking us down to make sure we're as perfect as our fans say we are.

Don't be upset, just be supportive. Man, if people got a hold of my divorce papers, they'd be mortally shocked.

Not to mention what this husband would say, or what I would say about him, if we ever divorced. Which could happen at any minute the way things go sometimes.

Also, its unfortunately a side effect of the original ideas of what marriage really is, laying unnoticed in our behavior and society. Marriage was originally so that the man could legally own a woman and his children. So that they'd gain complete legal control over her and the passel of childuns.

We're come a little bit farther than that, but the original idea of marriage was to consolidate, not for love and romance.

There are so many flaws in marriage, like the terrible anger and resentment that some women feel when they do devote all their time to a man and he loses interest in the relationship, then they feel as if the legal aspects of what they once owned, should still be theirs.

Its a hard deal. Women get the shaft. I read she got a good settlement though, how many women do you know who get that much money?

@#%$, if this one leaves me, I'll be lucky to get the sleeper sofa, cause he's really possessive about his "things".

Anyway, just remember, that every person has good and bad in them. That its hard to stay up on a pedestal and that from what I can tell, Jim does try to be a good person, and he makes way more effort than many celebrities do.

You cannot be perfect all the time, and sometimes in Hollywood, one bad fan experience can lead to everyone taking up that story and using it as a banner to state "You're a bad person".

Its hard, probably sometimes, he doesn't feel like smiling or being nice to fans. Maybe he does, I have never met him, and I don't know him, but the pressure must be immense.

Think about that.. every person in America directing their attention at you. What an incredible amount of pressure.

ok the movie, Real Stories of the Donut Men. . . it sounds rreally familiar and I think the name has been changed to The Anarchist Cookbook because I don't think Jim is an anarchist punk with a mohawk. i don't know where you guys could think this is a movie about Jim. I saw this movie that you're talking about and it has nothing to do with Jim. It's about punks, anarchy, deep political thoughts, and crime. it sucked. what the heck are you guys talking about? lol.

Peggy
