What is he like?

Jim is a great looking, funny, intelligent guy...but what is he like as a person? We see him as a really incredible guy(he's helped all of us in various ways!!!) but the guy is human and he will have faults. Are we putting him too high on a pedestal and do we rely on him too much? However, I think you can meet Jim in any way you don't have to do acting to meet him, but if that's what you really want to do in life then go for it!
