It showed Bruce Nolan sky diving and trying to give a news report with all this wind coming at him. It was hilarious. Jim Carrey's mouth was blown to the max by a wind machine as he tried to make dialogue. His mouth was huge and, of course, the dialogue was ununderstandable, but that's what makes it so funny. It's like trying to speak while your head is handing out of the car window while your driving fast on a country road.
