Did you read the article?? It says that bomb sniffing dogs have been taught how to sniff out pirated DVD's, and i guess they found a pirated copy of one of Jim's movies.
*They should have known they would find pirated coppies of Jim's movies, cuz i think its fairly obvious that everybody wants him.

Actually it's an insult.

Usually dogs are trained to sniff out bombs, explosives.

The only "bombs" these dogs sniff out are Jim's movies.

They are saying his movies are bombs.
