I saw that, and the author has a point.
But you'd have to be very careful if you're a celebrity, and then start becoming political, when you were never politcal before. On the one hand, it would be great to use your fame to call attention to things that are unjust in the world. In fact, I think it's very important to do that. But you also have to be careful when you start taking sides. Because you're damned if you do, and then damned if you don't. The truth shall set you free.
He's using celebrities to leverage his point and that's wrong.
I really don't know the solution to the the issue, the palestinians are plainly suffering. But Israel is too small a country to be partitioned, the two definitely cannot coexist..... At the very least Israel should provide for their medical necessities. Can not a neighboring country grant asylum to the Palestinians....? -
i'm not going to comment on the politics.........as you know Britain has had major involovement.........
but i do think people have the right to have a holiday without being judged for it............... and if Dotan is Israeli and wanted to show Jim the sights then good for them............. fluffy Fluffy
nothing to comment on.
I can make an article about the "poor israelis" and "palestinian suicide bombers killing innocent israeli civilians"..... it's a conflict, and the writer of this article sees only 1 side of it. To show palestinians as poor victims of one-sided Israeli agression...who is dumb enouph to believe that? And that's the way the cookie crumbles!
