Many things! :o I asked because I've gotten the comment MANY times that "Oh; you're the first one that I've talked to who actually likes Jenny!" etc. etc.

carreypunkrawker wrote:I think it's jealousy

Yeah! It can't be anything else really! 'Cause they sure do not listen to what Jim says about her himself - that's for sure. That there's more to her than meets the eye - for starters!

carreypunkrawker wrote:I think Jenny is a good influence on Jim.

Yes, absolutely! He looks happier than ever; so that oughta count for something right?

carreypunkrawker wrote:I shouldn't have said what I said, but I think I just find Jim a little bit boring nowadays.

Well, he can't please ALL his fans ALL the time right? Personally I think that would be an impossible task to do! :o

cable girl wrote:Ok, so this post of mine will probably be deleted. But I really don't care. I wanna ask this anyway; why are there so many out there who thinks Jenny is such an awful influence on Jim? He's not a puppet for God's sake!

I don't know. I think it's jealousy, not the fact that she's a bad influence on him. What made you ask this? What have people said about Jenny? Oh and this just came to me: She was a playboy playmate and that's a little wrong, but it's in the past. I never saw her as a . . . ::brain fart:: . . . you know. . .

I think Jenny is a good influence on Jim. She's really grown out of that whole Playboy thing, whatever it was. . .

I'm happy that they're happy together! It's just that Jim is on such a manic high right now (may not really be called that), he just comes up with these clever/snide/smart remarks. But he has everything in the world to be proud of. He's talented, he's got a beautiful daughter that's talented, and now he has the chance to "cure" Evan, and maybe Evan will be talented too! So Jenny is anything but a bad influence on Jim. I don't know what made Jim say all that he said.

Oh and by the way, this is a forum. If your post didn't start a fight, someone else's post will. I blame myself for starting the fight though. I shouldn't have said what I said, but I think I just find Jim a little bit boring nowadays. I hated his interview with Jay Leno though. I was really bored. I kept switching from Jay Leno to Third Rock From The Sun, and 3rd Rock From the Sun was MUCH MORE ENTERTAINING. So I saw bits and pieces of both, but I saw the part where he said he's "recession proof." oh well. . .

Well I am not blaming Jenny for this remark of Jim, but I meant that Jim has never said those things before he joined Jenny. And btw I have never seen him as a boring person, not even now. He is still handsome, talented more than anyone, funny and is doing great in his movies(whatever it is). But he should not say those kind of remarks which could spoil his image or his career. :( :? I respect him for his down to earth nature and his nice attitude. I still could not believe that he could make such remarks.I have doubt. :( But there is another thing, Jim is a human being, and human can makes mistakes. But its true that we should not make same mistakes again and again, then it is not a mistake, it will be intention. So I hope he wont do these kind of remarks again. :D

I agree with all of the above. He said something, and this time it pissed fluffy off. The next time he says something, he'll piss some French person off (just an example).

But yeah, when you get up in front of a big crowd, you're going to piss someone off.

Jim has changed. If he is so spiritual, then why is he acting dumb? I mean, are they still paying him for acting when he is being interviewed?

he's a man and often do first, think later.

Also true it's all in the interpretation, one person will take it as a
light comment
others as something very serious, do we really know
his true intent? Only Jim knows for sure.

Hmmmm, sounds like a commercial.

Well, like you said it's all in the interpretation...
I don't think that he had the intention to "hurt" anyone with this words
only he knows what he want to say with that...
It's a unhappy commentary in my opinion...
