but perhaps the pampered studios execs aren't used to a free thinker who is hellbent on perfection. Perhaps they need to learn acceptance instead of blaming a scapegoat!.......$2 billion at the box off ice gives Jim the right to some eccentricities i think!!

How would you feel if Jim exposed himself to urinate....

Postby Canadian Jayne » Fri Feb 02, 2007 10:54 pm

I'd probably say " at least go find a bush, like the dogs do, even they
have a destination and a purpose, they mark their territory."

Maybe he just wanted to save time or maybe he really..reallly, reallllly
had to go. Good thing there was no poison ivy around.

But men,how do they mark their territory? I think they leave stuff behind so they can come back to get it. Most women and some men are turned
off by urinating in public and actually, it is against the law.

It was a moment in filming where he literally goes mad.....and he was possibly inspired by a bio he'd read where the subject piddled. Jim has great manners.........

of course we're assuming the 'unzipping and urinating' story is true....i don't believe it for a second.

Also if he was in character....

Postby Canadian Jayne » Sat Feb 03, 2007 7:39 pm

He would think and act like the character,

I was just mentioning to my son yesterday,
my son has the theory that a person should make lots of money first,
then relax and enjoy the money.
I say that a person could go mad(crazy) not doing anything, having no
focus and no goals, becoming useless yet living the way they want.
I think a person is more healthy if they work, within reason, why burn
out when you are young? Work on a constant basis but have enough holidays to be reasonable enough to want to go back to work and do
something. We should be able to control our work world and not let
the work world control us.(I know it's a little idealistic)

Out in the country in Canadaland it's not uncommon to see someone stopped at the side of the road urinating, thankfully they have the manners to be pointing away from the road. I do think in the city there are usually public washrooms in every Gas station etc. so there really is no reason for it within crowded areas.
