The Hypnotist???

I was just reading that Jim is supposed to be in this movie but I don't know if it is old news or new news cause the website was not dated and I can't seem to find anything else about it. I guess it is/was supposed to be a drama about a guy who loses his powers to hynotise and the only way he can get it back is to find true love. Anybody else know about this?
