I know we have talked about Jim's depression many times on here but I can't help but wonder if hearing all the criticism from people he meets, reading bad reviews or other bad things the press has to say about him makes him more depressed. I read somewhere that he says he can handle it well. It must get to him after awhile no? My mother criticizes me everytime I see her or talk to her.Ican't stand it and it makes me depressed. <p></p><i></i>

Ahhhhh. What a typical mom thing to do. Mothers seem to think it's their job, now don't they? Just keep doing your own thing. A parent- kid relationship is always such a complicated one. I'm sure there will be one moment in your life where you both acknowledge eachothers love and that when that happens, it's so weird and new that you don't know how to handle THAT. There is no such thing as perfect, there is just unconditional love, doesn't get anything better than that. Flaws included.<br><br>What I love about Jim is that you can always, always see a hint of insecurity through it all making him vulnerable and wonderful. I wouldn't know if it would make him depressed, it might. I'm sure deep down inside he does care. I don't think it is Juls, you're a wonderful human being and I'm SURE while things seem slow now, they will speed up and blossom into something wonderful. <br>Don't be scared. Life takes some courage but it's worth it in the end.<br>I feel like my life is failing a ton of times, and if I don't others will try and confince me of that fact for me, people like to do that, because they are afraid your life is or will be better than theirs, which makes their life a failure in their eyes. <br>You DESERVE to have an awesome life Juls and I'm very confident you will. <br>Of course there's always some sour and bitter things on the road but all that together will give it that good taste in the end.
