My all time favorite is when he played the andy kaufmun guy ladka and his role in Eternal Sunshine.

My four favourites aren truman
 , Ace , Joel  , Chip Douglass  and Lloyd but if i had to choose... I would say Truman or Lloyd "Kick his ass seabass"

All those characters are great....but u just can't beat Ace. It was Jim first major role and is a character that can never be duplicated by anyone else.
